Position for HR and professional development

Tasks:

  1. maintaining a database in the field of HR data,
  2. preparation of documentation related to the establishment, duration and termination of the employment relationship, including the establishment and maintenance of personal files for newly employed employees,
  3. issuing certificates confirming employment for employees of the Archive,
  4. handling matters in the field of work discipline, recording working time and absenteeism of employees, preparing attendance lists,
  5. applying for insurance and deregistering employees and their family members from insurance, issuing RP-7 documents,
  6. preparation of reports on the structure of employment for own needs, offices and the General Directorate of State Archives,
  7. conducting matters related to employee training,
  8. issuing referrals for preliminary, periodic and control medical examinations,
  9. handling matters related to awards and decorations,
  10. handling, together with the Finance and Accounting Department and the social committee, the funds of the company’s social benefits fund,
  11. cooperation with the financial and accounting department in the provision of documents and information necessary to pay salaries,
  12. coordination of health and safety matters,
  13. support for internships, volunteering and apprenticeships.
