Tasks:
- maintaining a database in the field of HR data,
- preparation of documentation related to the establishment, duration and termination of the employment relationship, including the establishment and maintenance of personal files for newly employed employees,
- issuing certificates confirming employment for employees of the Archive,
- handling matters in the field of work discipline, recording working time and absenteeism of employees, preparing attendance lists,
- applying for insurance and deregistering employees and their family members from insurance, issuing RP-7 documents,
- preparation of reports on the structure of employment for own needs, offices and the General Directorate of State Archives,
- conducting matters related to employee training,
- issuing referrals for preliminary, periodic and control medical examinations,
- handling matters related to awards and decorations,
- handling, together with the Finance and Accounting Department and the social committee, the funds of the company’s social benefits fund,
- cooperation with the financial and accounting department in the provision of documents and information necessary to pay salaries,
- coordination of health and safety matters,
- support for internships, volunteering and apprenticeships.
