Stałą pozycją w kalendarzu wydarzeń były też organizowane corocznie jesienią obchody dnia św. Huberta, które były celebrowane we wszystkich czterdziestu pułkach międzywojennej kawalerii. W ramach tych obchodów były organizowane biegi – osobno dla oficerów, podoficerów i amazonek. Towarzyszyły im zawody jeździeckie oraz przyjęcia fetujące zwycięzców (	-	).
Narcyz Witaczyński dokumentował również pogrzeby wojskowych i cywilnych osób, które odby- wały się w Garwolinie (	), towarzyszył ślubom (	), chrztom, fotografował córki przystępujące do pierwszej komunii (	), był obecny podczas świąt religijnych obchodzonych w kościele garnizo- nowym 1. Pułku Szwoleżerów Józefa Piłsudskiego i uroczystych posiłków w kasynie (Boże Narodze- nie	–	; Boże Ciało –	; Wielkanoc	–	,	).

The 1st Light Cavalry Regiment celebrated its holiday on December 10th, in order to commemorate the first battle fought at Dolhobyczow in 1918, and a ceremonial parade usually marched along Szwoleżerów (Light Cavalry) Street (	). The 1st Regiment of Mounted Fusiliers in Garwolin celebrated the ceremony on May 9th, the an- niversary of the Polish border crossing in 1919 by part of a division of the 4th Light Cavalry Regiment, from which was formed the 1st Regiment of Mounted Fusiliers (	). At the time when Colonel Adam Zakrzewski was commander of the regiment (April 11th 1929 – June 12th 1937), the custom was introduced of holding a dinner for officers and professional non-commissioned officers, which met in the Maritime Room of the mess hall.
Among other regular events held each autumn were the St. Hubert Races, which were celebrated by all of the forty pre-war cavalry regiments and involved separate events for officers, non-commissioned officers and female equestrians, these events being accompanied by riding competitions and parties to celebrate the winners (	-	).
Witaczyński also documented the funerals of military men and civilians that took place in Garwolin (	), was a guest at numerous weddings (	) christenings, photographed his daughters’ first communions (	) and was present during religious festivals celebrated in the garrison church of Józef Piłsudski’s 1st Light Cavalry Regiment and festive dinners held in the mess hall (Christmas –	; Corpus Christi –	; Easter –	,	).
