Podoficer służbowy stajni i jego zastępca pilnują porządku w stajni, by wszelkie zarządzenia przełożonych były wykonywane, aby karmienie, pojenie i czyszczenie koni odbywało się w oznaczonym czasie i w porządku, by chore konie przedsta- wiano do oględzin weterynaryjnych i aby dyżurni stajenni, którzy w tym charakterze są ich podwład- nymi, spełniali swoje obowiązki. Gdy koń jakiś nagle zachoruje - , podoficer służbowy natychmiast melduje o tem lekarzowi weterynaryjnemu oraz oficerowi lub podoficerowi inspekcyj- nemu oddziału.
Podoficer służbowy stajni melduje rano po pobudce o wszystkich wypadkach zaszłych w czasie nocy wachmistrzowi. Forma meldunku podoficera służbowego (dyżurnych) następująca: „PANIE... podoficer służbowy X, stajnia plutonu X, szwadronu X, pułku X – w czasie dyżuru żadnych zajść nie było (lub zaszło to i to) ”.
The non-commissioned officer and private assigned to stable duties perform these in their service uniforms and with side arms. On taking up his post, the duty non-commissioned officer checks the inventory and general order in the stable and enters the names of the orderlies in the duty roster.
The non-commissioned officer and orderlies report on duty to the sergeant and officers, and all inspection authorities.
