The Conference's guests from National Digital Archives were dr Nikodem Bończa Tomaszewski, NDA president, who participated in the panel titled "How to succesfully ensure national and local governments cooperation necessary for the development of eGovernment?", and NDA vicepresident dr Wojciech Woźniak, whose lecture was titled "From registration to transfer to national archives - handling with e-documents in local government units".
This year's 13th edition of the Conference was titled "Effectiveness - creativity - knowledge. Local government units in the face of a challenge of e-development during crisis time". As the conference organizers say (Cities on Internet Association and The Polish National Contact Point for Research Programmes of the European Union) "this year's edition of the Conference is going to be a debate for those associations about the terms and conditions of effective and professional realization of local and regional ICT projects planned in Regional Operational Programmes, Operational Programme - Development of Eastern Poland and Operational Programme - Innovative Economy".
Amongst invited guests were representatives of the Polish Government (among others, vice minister of Internal Affairs and Administration - Witold Drożdż), voivodship marshalls and local governments leaders, scientists, non-government organistation and ICT sector representatives.
