Tasks:

  1. Activities arising from the execution, duration and termination of an employment relationship, including storage of personal files of the current and former employees, preparation of payrolls, and settlements with the Social Insurance Institution, Tax Office, State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, matters related to preventive screenings of employees.
  2. Maintenance, together with the Financial and Accounting Department and social committee, of the corporate social benefits fund.
  3. Issuance of certificates of employment and remuneration, including ZUS Rp-7 documents and maintenance of allowance documentation.
  4. Dealing with work discipline matters, maintenance of working time, absence and holiday records, preparation of attendance registers, organising OHS trainings.
